From Bozeman airport: 

This is a new way to leave the airport as there is now a direct connection from the airport to the freeway. Follow the signs to I-90 headed west. Get off at the Belgrade/Jack Rabbit Lane exit. Go left on Jack Rabbit Lane. Travel 7.5 miles. Make a right at “Four Corners” onto MT 84/Norris Road. (Travel 28.9 miles) At Norris stop sign turn left on US Hwy 287 towards Ennis.

IT IS A GOOD IDEA TO FILL UP ON GAS IN ENNIS!!

At the stop sign in Ennis (large metal sculpture of a fly fisherman will be in the lawn area on your left) go left on US Highway 287. You will travel through the main street of Ennis. Drive South on US Highway 287.

Just after mile marker 15 you will take the first right. Then take the first right. You will see jack fence on either side. On your left will be King Kreek and on your right will be Lake Leann. (Please note that this is NOT property owned by the West Fork Lodge. These are located on private property belonging to the Old Kirby Place Lodge). You will cross another cattle guard with jack fence. Just after that, take the drive to the left.

From West Yellowstone or Reynolds Pass:

IT IS A GOOD IDEA TO FILL UP ON GAS IN WEST YELLOWSTONE OR AT HENRY’S FORK IN IDAHO.

Go left on US Highway 287. You will travel past the Grizzly Bar and a large cell phone tower somewhat disguised as a large tree. After mile marker 14, you will see a blue West Fork Campground sign. You will take the West Fork campground exit to your left but DON’T cross the bridge to the West Fork Campground. Instead continue past the bridge and the Old Kirby Fishing Lodge. Take left where you see a large brown mailbox on jack fence. (If you end up at a stop sign on Highway 287, you have gone just a little too far). You will cross a cattle guard with jack fence on either side. On your left will be King Kreek and on your right will be Lake Leann. (Please note that this is NOT property owned by the West Fork Lodge. These are located on private property belonging to the Old Kirby Place Lodge). You will cross another cattle guard with jack fence. Just after that, take the drive to the left.
